Web Mining Lab receives research funding

Web Mining Lab has been awarded a research funding from Panmedia Institute, supporting our research on social media marketing. Zhang Lun, who is a third-year PhD student, and Professor Jonathan Zhu are co-principle investigators of the project. Lu Heng, in his second-year PhD study, are also involved. This funding is a highly competitive recognition of research competence. Panmedia Institute is the first nonprofit think tank on media industry in mainland China.
