Winson spoke at COM seminar on interdisciplinary communication study

On April 18th, Winson Peng returned to the Department of Media and Communication at CityU and gave a speech titled “When Communication Meets Computation: The Demands and Benefits of Interdisciplinary Approach to Communication Research”. Winson introduced his studies in the past 3 years and shared his experience of working with scholars from various disciplines. He believes that communication scholars are good at ophisticated sampling designs, human intervention, statistical modelling, and theoretical interpretation of analytical results.
