On Oct 5, Jonathan Zhu gave a talk on computational communication research in big data era (slides) at the Research Institute of Mass Communication, National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) in Taipei. The NTNU Institute has been a pioneering program in Taiwan in offering graduate-level training on computational methods. Dr. Tosti Chiang (the first from the right) is currently teaching a course on news games in which students design online games for news reporting.
