A chapter “Big Data, Collection of (Social Media, Harvesting)”, coauthored by Hai Liang and Jonathan Zhu of the Lab, has been published in The International Encyclopedia of Communication Research Methods , edited by Jörg Matthes and published by John Wiley & Sons.
